Are you ready to elevate your career by working with some of the world's most iconic and valuable spirits brands?

We're looking for a dynamic National Account Manager to take charge of the Tesco account, driving commercial success and brand excellence across the Tesco estate. You'll lead our joint business plan (JBP) with full P&L ownership, collaborating with key stakeholders and taking on strategic and operational responsibilities to deliver sustainable growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Execute: Own the JBP, ensuring it meets Tesco's KPIs. From commercial strategy to brand activation, you'll be the driving force behind our success in this top 5 grocery account.

  • Build Relationships: Develop strong, collaborative partnerships both internally with key stakeholders and externally with Tesco, ensuring mutual growth and innovative opportunities.

  • Manage P&L: Deliver on volume, value, and profit objectives, managing all variables including marketing and supply chain to meet and exceed targets.

  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Customer Marketing teams to craft long-term plans that align with Allexo's vision and drive forward our market position.

  • Admin Excellence: Keep all administrative tasks, from invoicing to promotional nominations, up-to-date and accurate, ensuring smooth operations.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: Proven success in sales and account management within a competitive environment, with a strong ability to forecast, analyze, and deliver brand growth.

  • Collaboration: Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with a knack for working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.

  • Entrepreneurship: A proactive, results-driven mindset with an eye for new opportunities to exceed expectations.

  • Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills, particularly in Google Workspace or the ability to learn quickly.

Location: UK Remote Based role (Head office in Central London)

Salary: £60K + Car Allowance
