We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to join a leading FMCG business that operates across a number of diverse product categories. This role is pivotal for driving growth, spearheading strategy, and leading a talented team to success in both volume and value.

The Role

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading three key commercial channels-On-Trade, Off-Trade, and Out-of-Home-across the Republic of Ireland. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll craft and implement high-impact sales strategies, working closely with Marketing and Commercial Finance teams to drive key objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading and developing three high-performing field sales teams.

  • Managing the sales department within the allocated budget.

  • Creating and communicating clear sales goals, ensuring transparency and progress reporting.

  • Developing and executing channel-specific strategies to drive revenue growth and customer expansion.

  • Nurturing long-term, robust relationships with trade customers and stakeholders, aligning our strategy with market trends.

  • Collaborating with Marketing to deliver impactful brand activations that resonate in the trade.

  • Championing a culture of collaboration, leadership, and customer-centricity across the sales function.
