Join a leading and global business that has secured a significant brand share in the UK market. The company is renowned for its innovative approach, commitment to excellence, and a portfolio of well-established brands that resonate with consumers. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager on a 12 month FTC to play a pivotal role across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain.

As a Senior Project Manager in our Commercialisation function, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional collaboration to bring ideas and products to life. This 12-month fixed-term contract position covers four key areas:

  • Process Enablement

  • Cross-Functional Integration

  • Risk Mitigation

  • Project Portfolio Consolidation

You will be responsible for delivering projects, managing processes, governance, and reporting to bring new products and changes to existing products to market. Exceptional execution is your core objective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning & Governance: Ensure projects are planned and delivered on time and in full, following our stage and gate process.

  • Process Enablement: Drive innovation and renovation projects through the gates, managing time lines and reporting progress/issues accurately.

  • Retailer Collaboration: Understand and integrate retailer processes to meet project deliverable for both retailer/customer and our company.

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify at-risk projects, remove obstacles, escalate issues with recommendations, and implement mitigation measures.

  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and resource issues efficiently, ensuring project scope control and stakeholder alignment.

  • Performance Improvement: Lead improvements in performance and ways of working with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal packaging waste.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven Project Management experience

  • Expertise in at least one business area (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Technical)

  • FMCG experience

  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L understanding

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence

  • Tenacity, resilience, and attention to detail

Location: London (Hybrid working) Zone 3 with excellent Train and Tube links close by

Salary: £65,000 + £5K Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
