Allexo Search connect top talent with leading brands, ensuring both candidates and companies thrive. We are now assisting our client, a major player in the UK's horticulture industry, in recruiting a Senior Brand Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to work on market-leading, household brands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll drive the growth of our brands by developing strategic marketing plans, championing our products within the business and with our customers, and bringing innovative new products to market with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Leadership: Champion our product portfolio both internally and externally, ensuring our brands continue to lead in the market.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive growth and enhance brand loyalty.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Technical, Design, and Commercial teams to identify new product opportunities and bring them to market on time and profitably.

  • Consumer Communication: Oversee all consumer communications, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to inform brand strategies, utilising customer insights and competitor analysis.

  • Project Management: Manage and deliver multiple projects, from product development to trade exhibition preparation.

The ideal highly creative, entrepreneurial individual with a strong background in brand management or product marketing, ideally within the FMCG sector. You should have a proven track record of growing brands, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: Brand management or product marketing, preferably within FMCG.

  • Marketing Expertise: Comprehensive experience in new product development, through-the-line media communication, and strategic brand direction.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse performance data and consumer insights to guide brand strategy.

  • Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple projects and delivering results.

  • Personal Attributes: Confident, personable, resilient, and adaptable with strong organisational skills.
